Ormiston State School was first opened in 1872 and has a rich and vibrant history. In 1997 the school celebrated 125 years of service to the community and a timeline of significant historical events (PDF, 205 KB) was created. Ormiston State School is proud of its heritage and the school's vision is firmly looking forward to the bright future ahead.
